This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Aura application (“Aura”) developed and distributed by ZepheniaLabs.

1. License

ZepheniaLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Aura on Apple devices linked to your Apple ID, subject to this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms.

2. Ownership

Aura is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with ZepheniaLabs.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Aura for personal or professional (non-enterprise) audio conversion purposes. You may install Aura across devices associated with your Apple ID.

Your may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute Aura
• Circumvent in-app purchases or licensing mechanisms
• Sell, lease, or provide Aura as part of a hosted or commercial service.

4. Privacy

Aura processes all audio conversions and file operations locally on your device. No audio data, files, or personal information is transmitted to ZepheniaLabs or third parties.

Aura may store temporary conversion files and local metadata (e.g., recent activity) exclusively on your device, within Apple’s sandbox system.
